The Anthony Awards are nominated by the membership of Bouchercon. This includes people who attended the previous year and the people signed up for the current year. After 5 nominees in each category are selected the final voting takes place at Bouchercon. Eligible books will be any books published in the year 2010. No books are submitted as the nominations come from the list of attendees of 2010 and people signed up for 2011 and it is obviously impractical to send out thousands of books.

The awards will be given out at a banquet at the convention. We will have details about when and where including tickets as we get closer.

Best First Novel
Best Short Story
Best Paperback or trade paperback
Best Website
Best Critical Nonfiction Work
Special Service Award
